01

The situation

The company was still perceived as a traditional agency even though it offered an incentive platform with SaaS characteristics. That perception limited direct access to trade marketing, sales and HR decision-makers.

To enter larger accounts, it needed to explain why technology, gamification and execution could produce measurable impact across different functions.

02

The approach

Protagnst defined a higher-value ICP and built a hybrid narrative. Agency experience remained proof of operational understanding, while technology moved to the center of the value proposition.

Email, LinkedIn and phone formed a multichannel cadence connecting incentives to return, engagement and execution.

03

The outcome

The prospecting program reached more than 8,500 contacts and recorded open rates above 40%. In the strongest month, the pipeline reached 20 meetings.

Meetings were booked with Mercado Pago, P&G, L’Oréal, Ajinomoto, Porto Seguro and Whirlpool. These names represent meetings and opportunities, not confirmed contracts.

What this case demonstrates

Enterprise buyers need to understand the problem, authority and potential impact quickly. Positioning and outbound prospecting are parts of the same commercial system.
